With the amount of stimulus we have around us in this day and age it is more necessary that ever that we are aware of what causes us to become overwhelmed, and how to deal with it. Jade will educate you to become aware of your bodies response to stress, your triggers and learn coping and management strategies.

Teen Programme

Jade offers 1-1 mentoring and therapy sessions


Teen years are extremely important in paving the way in which we manage stress. With the amount of stimulus we have around us in this day and age it is more necessary that ever that we are aware of what causes us to become overwhelmed, and how to deal with it. Jade will educate you to become aware of your bodies response to stress, your triggers and learn coping and management strategies. Jade also uses mentoring and coaching schemes to pin-point the stressors in your life, and work through them at your own pace in a safe and trusting way.


School Workshop (10-15 people) (60mins)

  • Find out what causes your stress and create new ways of dealing with your problems, putting you back in control
  • Learn how stress affects your thoughts, feelings and behaviours as well as your physiological responses
  • Gain understanding in how to prevent long-term stress and to stay in the present moment.


Parental Support - Jade offers 1-1 parental support and family sessions

Support is essential to emotional wellbeing; in difficult times an objective perspective can be extremely useful, providing clarity and solutions. Jade will give you an insight into the challenges young people face and provide you with ways to encourage them with direction and reassurance.
