Jade uses her knowledge and understanding of the immense social pressures and expectations young people face today to educate young people into how to become more self aware of the effect this has on their confidence and self esteem. Jade uses strategies from her NLP background to give young people alternative coping mechanisms and resources to help manage their thoughts, feelings and behaviours to prevent the subsequent self-harming.
Jade uses a combination of NLP techniques such as subconscious shifting of negative feelings to ensure long lasting change, together with hypnotherapy.

Parental Support - Jade offers 1-1 parental support and family sessions
Develop an understanding of the key steps to help young people reduce their harming and learn various indicators that can help you spot the signs to prevent it from occurring. Jade will educate you on how to identify when your teen could be or is self-harming and expose important clues to look out for that could help save your teen from further harm.
Parents often shy away from the issue of self-harm in fear that they would create more pain and suffering. Jade offers education for the parents of young people who have or are self-harming, with the aim of bridging the gap between parent and teen by providing the parent with the right tools to approach and support the issue of self harm.
